Washington's Wake

I noticed a link on the Drudge Report to this story about Harry Reid bullying the Nevada newspaper, then commentary about it in Hotair.

The thing that strikes me is that if everyone, every business, had this kind of courage in dealing with the bullies in the US Congress and Federal Agencies, this country would be a lot better off. It seems to me that they all work like roaches thriving in the secret darkness.

I wonder, is this just the first newspaper to start reporting the acts of these horrible people? Mr. Frederick said:

We won’t allow you to bully us. And if you try it with anyone else, count on going through us first.

If every newspaper, if every one of us, reported the behavior of these scoundrels, then we could end the problem of incumbency. This terminal illness that afflicts are republic. maybe it’s not too late?

I hope so. This really did give me hope.
