I find it funny how the left and the right are both formenting revolution. Perhaps this is the sign of goodness that will save us from bloodshed. God, I hope so.

This is not rhetoric – I am serious.

Today, I read the news and I realized, at least mentally, I must prepare to go to jail. We are fast approaching the point where I will not obey the law.

I am not really a radical. Yes, I know, sometimes, particularly here, I speak as one. But I am a law abiding, tax paying, normal guy. I have a wife, I have kids. I buy food and struggle to make my payments on time and keep my fairly typical credit rating.

I don’t go to protests, and I don’t write angry letters to newspapers and call into talk radio.

But, reading the news today, I realized that I’m really done. And no, it wasn’t the story about Sarah Palin and Glen Beck committing sedition. And it isn’t the stories about tax freedom day being nearly the same as tax-payment day.

It isn’t the proposed solution to no longer allow employers to collect taxes.

And it isn’t the endless hubris of the Retard-in-Chief who thinks I should kiss his ass because he’s supposedly lessened my tax burden.

It is the realization that this Regime is purposefully dismantling my liberty, and at some point, amongst the hundreds of thousands of pages of Law, I am committing a felony with every waking breath and most of my sleeping ones. Who knows how?  I sure don’t, but, at some point, Der Fuhrer will. Barrack Obama wants my cash and he’s going to take it by hook or by crook.. some day a man with a gun, or a man who can call a man with a gun will knock on my door. He will demand payment. He will talk about fair-shares. He will talk about the burden being all of ours. He will talk about all of these things and if I say “no” — I will be removed to a federal camp for rebels such as myself.

It is coming. This is not a drill.

And what is next?

What if my thoughts are considered treason? What if I refuse to say 2+2=5?

Will the steely truth pierce my brain? Will I bleed out in a puddle of brainmatter and blood and be tossed in an unmarked grave?

What happens when I say no, I will not pay? or worse, what happens if I say, yes, i will pay to fight against this monsterous future? What happens if i give my money to the revolution? What happens if I reject racial quotas and extra funds for special needs rather than giving more to the best and brightest to help us out of this disaster?

At what point am I the enemy who must be slain and forgotten?

I am preparing to go to jail. I am writing my litany against this fascist dictator and hiding it in many countries. I am creating my art with all the colors. Writing my stories with all the words that should not be spoken.

And when I am gone, when I can no longer say “EGO” and I can no longer say 2+2=4 — somewhere, I will be remembered, and the true bigoted bastard face of his Retard-in-Chief will be visibile.

No, it wasn’t anything in the news today that led me to realize all this, it was everything.

So, where do we go from here?

Thousands of Tea Party demonstrations are expected around the country today, but the movement must decide whether its purpose is merely to organize demonstrations and express outrage, or to move on to the next crucial stage of a successful grass-roots revolution — electing a new generation of public officials with the guts to make the hard decisions required to enact genuine reforms.

It’s an interesting question to ponder, as I get ready to join the Tea Party downtown today. Are we simply going to complain, or will we actually start taking steps to make a difference?

Please, someone, ANYONE, somewhere… Explain this to me

The former Republic of the United States of America proclaims as a basis of it’s theoretical constitutional law that ignorance of the law is no defense. A citizen is expected to be able to reasonably divine what is legal and what is not.

How?

What kind of God-Like creature would have any chance of fathoming the ludicrous laws of that bizarre and foolish nation?

What kind of near-omniscient being could be expected to know and follow even the tax law? More than 67000 pages of laws and 2.5 million pages of documentation explaining the laws? What of the EPA regulations? The DHS? The SSA? To call the number of pages of code staggering is a pathetic understatement.

At this point, the Former Republic of the United States of America seems to have a will of its own to be an authoritarian regime hell-bent on the destruction of liberty… not because of evil people, but because it is completely and utterly out of control.

The moronic regime of of Obambiciles  in Washington BELIEVES they have a grasp of the monster. But really, it’s a farcical image of a dog catching a city bus. Yes, they have the bus in their teeth, but do they really control where it’s going?

That formerly great nation needs to purge MILLIONS of pages of law and case law and start back to the founding document. Of course, that isn’t going to happen — at least not without a revolution.

At this point, countless people are in jail or financial ruin for stupid laws no reasonable person could have ever imagined. How is that not Tyranny?

Please, someone explain how THIS is a free country?

Of course it’s not. At least Canada and China don’t pretend to be free. No only are we un-free, we’re lying sacks of Obama Feces.

So, I read George Will’s piece “Tincture of Lawlessness” and marveled that it was written by George Will. The last line of the first paragraph mark something of a turning point for him, I think.

The Obama administration is bold. It also is careless regarding constitutional values and is acquiring a tincture of lawlessness.

I realize it’s not that extreme, compared to many of the things that are being said by the rightwing pundits, but this is George Will. He is the soft touch Republican. Ever the one to use moderated language and downplay partisan argument, this pulls no punches.

What does that mean, when George Will is willing to say the administration is lawless? For decades, people have come to rely on him as a voice of calm and reason – and certainly this isn’t inciting any sort of protest – but in a way, it reads to me as a protest of sorts. I start to wonder, when George-Freakin-Will starts with this sort of language – am I being too easy? Do I need to truly consider how close this country is to revolution?

When reasonable men can say, without any hint of hyperbole or rhetorical device that the administration has a tincture of lawlessness, doesn’t that illustrate clearly how truly scary things are? It is just said – and that is that. And here we are.

What is next?

The other day was an interesting story about Montana standing up for itself. Today it’s Oklahoma’s turn.

Key said HCR 1028, which, if passed, would be sent to Democratic President Barack Obama and the Democratic-controlled Congress, would not jeopardize federal funds but would tell Congress to “get back into their proper constitutional role.” The resolution states the federal government should “cease and desist” mandates that are beyond the scope of its powers.

Key said many federal laws violate the 10th Amendment, which says powers not delegated to the U.S. government “are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” The Constitution lists about 20 duties required of the U.S. government, he said.

Congress should not be providing bailouts to financial institutions and automakers, he said.

I wish more states would discover that yes, they are sovereign and have their own rights, other than being the feds’ prostitutes.

Today, in my town, following layoffs at our little rural hospital, a newspaper published the top incomes of the middle/upper management and executives. To me, the agenda is clear.

The grunt workers are reacting just as the author of the news story wanted them too. They are incensed, furious and down-right PISSED off that these people did not take pay-cuts before people were laid off.

Now, as a nurse, I am a target of contempt as a high-wage earner. Even though I have clearly paid my dues and am of great value to the facility and my patients.

Here’s my paradigm shift: I always felt that professional basketball players made too much money when I was bustin’ my arse taking care of the sick and dying.

Guess I am eating some crow now.

First they came for the CEO’s…

I read this comment today on Hotair.com and the more I thought about it, the scarier it is.

This is really the crux of the problem. More than 1/2 of Americans are living off the rest who are paying taxes, and the entire engine of tyrany is beating the drums of class warfare. It seems like 3 things are inevitable:

1. No one in their right mind will want to be a business owner and make ‘too much money’
2. People who make too much money will either a) leave the country for safer more profitable places to make money or b) make less money on purpose.
3. Tax revenues will drop precipitously as people are punished for productivity.

Yes, this is a bit Atlas Shrugged, but unlike that story, I don’t think there is a John Galt. Our Galts are morons who bought into the program – Gates, Buffet, et cetera determined that the Liberalism and Big Government were going to win the fight and positioned themselves to be on the right side of that battle. Almost all the elite rich are Democrats.

Frankly, I think it is time to abandon the Republican Party as a brand. the baggage is carries is too heavey and the times to serious and important to waste effort moving it around.

Conservatives are a minority of 1/3rd of the people. This, by the way is about the same as the minority that won the revolution.

On Thursday, the Tea Party should issue a call to arms. A civil engagement and war on the nihilism of the destructive ways and  systems.  They should pull out the ideas of the founders and ask Patriotic Americans to sign a petition. A public petition.  The Bill of Rights. The Declaration of Independence… the Constitution. They should ask Americans to SWEAR upon their HONOR before GOD to defend and uphold these ideas and ideals. They should make demands to free the American people.

This Tyranny can not stand.

Of course, it will. And of course they won’t. But we the Sheeple have followed so long and are so far down the path to the slaughter house, I think it’s too late.

BUT, that’s what should happen on the 15th.

the 1/3rd should loudly, angrily and without any compromise make demands. The 1/3 should walk out of work and go on strike. The 1/3 should tell the rest – NO, we will not pay 1 God Damned NICKLE until Freedom is restored.

And when the US Govt. comes for them, they should not pay. They should resist. They should FIGHT.  The tyrants and his majesty can not keep 100 Million people in prinson. The economy can not afford to keep the 100 Million on Strike.

We could change the world without a gun, if we had the resolve.
