I’m sure everyone knows this by now but Scott Brown has won election to the US Senate as a republican in the People’s Republic. I believe that pigs now fly and it is hockey season in hell.

But seriously folks, this turns any and all conventional wisdom about the upcoming elections completely off.

If you’re an elected democrat who’s a blue dog dem or in a centrist or god forbid republican leaning disctrict, you had better get the fear of god in you because things are now different for you.

I believe Moe Lane about sums it up.

nobody is going to be able to save you. If the President, the DSCC, the DCCC, the DNC, the SEIU, ACORN, and the netroots couldn’t manage a win in Massachusetts… what do you think that they can do for you?

It seems to me, and I could be wrong, but there is this strong socialist tendency amongst black democrats. Yes there are plenty of white democrat politicians that are as socialist and believe Castro is good, but for some reason it seems to really play that way amongst the black democrats. As we have the following screed by a politician who is really masquerading as a freshman college devotee of socialism.

Oh and, I thought by electing HRH The Sun King we were going to have a post-racial country? Not so much I see.

No seriously. If this story is to be believed, the democrats have committed political suicide.

Given hardening Republican opposition to congressional health care proposals, Democrats now say they see little chance for the minority’s cooperation in approving any overhaul, and are increasingly focused on drawing support for a final plan from within their own ranks.

Top Democrats said Tuesday that their go-it-alone view was being shaped by what they saw as Republicans’ purposely strident tone against health care legislation during this month’s congressional recess, as well as remarks by leading Republicans that current proposals were flawed beyond repair.

So they expected the republicans to just fall in an accept their socialist plans?

If this is true and if the democrats do proceed along this path using parliamentarian games, they will not be in the majority after the 2010 elections. Seriously, this is probably the stupidest thing they could consider. And really, they don’t even have the Blue Dogs on board first. And now they deliberately want to cut out the republicans altogether?

Talk about your unrestrained ego.

But I’m sure once they get eviscerated in the mid-term elections, we’ll see a different story come from the dems.

Of course it’s not like the republicans won’t screw up their chance once they get back into power. It is quite evident that neither party is qualified to lead.

I don’t know why it’s just occuring to me now, I should have had that simple thought years ago. Hell, maybe I did and I forgot it, but it’s just so clear.

If Liberals cared about the poor, why would they espouse so many policies which hold them down like slaves on a plantation?

Why would they keep giving them the fish rather than teach them to fish? Why would they assume they’re too stupid to make it without help? Why would they think they’re too weak to survive? Why would they keep them stupid with lousy school systems? Why would they take advantage of them with unions? Why would they steal away their self-respect and dignity with social policies that have destroyed their families?

The only answer I can think of is that Liberals are disgusted by the poor, and seem them only as useful tools in the war on the individual.

I can’t seem to get past this thought that all of these tactics and all of these language games – all this 1984-ish weirdness – it is bigger than the media is reporting. Maybe I’m just wrong, that happens all the time, but when the White House starts keeping an enemies list created by citizens snitching on other citizens for ‘fishy behavior’ then has the audacity to say this:

It makes me think things are a lot worse than my optimistic happy-go-lucky mind has been willing to consider.

Barrack Obama, and by extension Robert Gibbs, is a liar. It is that simple. The list of his lies, bold and big, sniveling and small and everything in between has become so long and bizarre, I don’t think it’s possible to really grasp it. So when he basically says, “We’re not making an enemies list – Trust us” the whole thing is surreal.

For me, it is all coming down to this – the war began a while ago, I don’t know when, but I know that we are engaged in a war. A civil war. So far, bloodless, but with violence looming on the edges of it. I am a non-violent person. All I want is to be free and left alone. Liberals (those engaged in liberalism, socialism, obamaic cabal, nazis, fascists – whatever you want to call them) are the enemy.

Sadly, most of them do not realize they’re even liberals. They’re more like mindless zombies. They believe in the wrong facts, worship the false gods of compassion, multiculturalism, and environmentalism, and deride any concept of firm and abiding truth. They can not be reasoned with, they can not be argued with, they can not be changed or redirected.

I suspect Liberalism is a mental illness – a sort of Reality Deficit Disorder – they are not lying, Really, they are telling a truth that only applies to them. And if you reject their reality, you are a liar and a evil zealous scum.  That thought helps alleviate my rage. They are sick, not evil.

But the ones that use them – the Obamas, the Emanuels, the Pelosis, the Reids – they are truly dangerous.  I think I should put them on my enemies list – they really need to be stopped to save my liberal friends. Until they are removed (like big viral tumors) I don’t know that the body politick can live on.
