So,  Michelle Malkin on her Hotair.com site highlighted an article in the NYTimes yesterday talking about the rhetoric of the Obama Administration.

So if not a war on terror, what then? “Overseas contingency operations.”

And terrorist attacks themselves? “Man-caused disasters.”

These new euphemisms aren’t’ just awful, of course, they’re dangerous and they’re stupid. They virtually ensure the vigilence of the American people will be relaxed. The war on terror is over.  There aren’t even any terrorist acts.  There are no evil people out to do evil things to them.  The only problem of course, is that is another big freakin’ lie from the most unethetical, least honest, most rancidly partisan, most petulent administration in the history of the United States.

The interesting part though, is the justification for the lie. They were confronted and of course,  they are just trying to ‘get rid of the spin.’ They don’t understand the purpose of the spin. They don’t want Americans worried about things like terrorism because it distracts them from the real business of Nazifying these United States.

Now Mr. Obama is coming into office determined to sweep all that rhetoric away, even if he is keeping much of the policy that underlies it. Aides argue that they are not trying to spin their priorities through words, only to excise the spin applied relentlessly by the Bush administration. But they are also trying to send a clear and unmistakable message that the old order is gone.

As if it weren’t already clear enough that the old order is gone with this hillbilly boob and his moron of a wife making a arse of America at the G20, nationalizing banks, strong arming a stimulus package through without being read, and on and on.

How can any rational person not see this coup for what it is? We are in the midst of hostile take over. Wall Street has fallen. The Banks have fallen. The language has fallen. The attack machine is in full swing. The rhetoric of Obamanation is stolen from Mussilini – and yet we are all too afraid to stand up.

I was listening to the radio on the way in, and they were talking about to  one CEO of a bank off the record, and he relayed the story of how his bank was fine, and had refused the bailout – but the government came in and forced them to take it. When he tried to reject it, they threatened him with a 5-year audit that would have cost hundreds of millions of dollars. His board demanded he capitulate.

After, the bank tried to buy back the stocks the govt had forced them to sell, and the government wouldn’t allow it. they wanted the 2% stake in the bank. Now, because of that stake, the government is demanding a position on the board.

This is fascism.

If this happens in North Korea, or Russia or China we decry it. But Obama…  he is the Emperor. Do as he says. Accept his word. He is the ultimate truth and shall be obeyed.

If there’s anything Karl Rove missed in that piece it is the sheer volume of the Obamanation rhetoric. Last week I read an article about how Hitler and Mussilini used very nationalistic icons and forced their policies through with a blitzkrieg of propaganda, and comparitavely this Obamite NeoFascism is soft-selling the nationalism, and substituting a sort of Vox Prolitaria.

As much as this tainting of langauge and heinous use of repeated lies bothers me, it is still fascinating to watch true masters of the arts of rhetoric tear down the foundations of a society to substitute in their own version of Utopic Empire.

It is absolutely astounding how these criminals use the right language to feign that everything is ok Here  in the Land of Nod.

It’s chilly out, and it won’t be getting any warmer as the body politic cools.

Did he really need 500 people to give the Queen of England something she already owned?

The Air Mobility Command, part of the U.S. Transportation Command, was ordered to provide airlift for the president’s entourage of nearly 500 people, including senior officials, staff, support personnel, news reporters and some 200 Secret Service agents for the European visit, which began Tuesday in London.

Do not lecture me about “environmental” anything when HRH travels like this. Yes I realize there are a certain amount of people that must go, but really, did all 500 have to go in Air Force planes? Does no one in the federal government travel via commercial anymore?

There is just something so disconcerting and deeply horrifying when the German Chancellor is the international voice of fiscall conservativism.

I am fascinated to see where this all ends up. I suspect Herr Obama will swaddle the europeans in his warm teleprompted fuzzy words and leave them cheering for him. But then again, there are a lot of angry people. Maybe there won’t be the same gleeful reception of his hubris and moronic thoughts this time?

I can’t imagine America has any capital left to spend in this meeting. We’re going on with our flabby capitalist ass red from the flogging of the last few months, and asking for another. It just doesn’t bode well, I don’t think.(Particularly since we can be pretty sure Tim Geitner didn’t do his homework, because the dog ate..er.. he doesn’t have any help at the Treasury)

The idea of global currency leaves me queasy. Once the world doesn’t peg to the dollar, the consequences could be fairly dire – and quickly get ugly. I don’t see it as TOO likely.. but then again, I didn’t think Obama could possibly be as bad as he’s been this quickly. I thought it would take at least 2-3 years to suck this much.

He’s really a wonder of the modern age. Thank goodness for equal opportunity hiring, it really has changed the world.
