Saw story on Megan McCardle's blog and she was talking about how shitty things are in Venezuela. Any time you have a tinpot dictator trying to stay in power, bad things are capable of happening. On the emigration note, that story is from 2008, I'd love to see an update on that and really see how many people are leaving. Gotta say, if healthcare "reform" were to get signed in to law, I seriously would give a thought to leaving. I’m more concerned with Venezuela/Columbia.
